The Evans, With Love

If you read our last post you would recall that Bayley and I rocked out 3 shoots on a lovely Monday afternoon a few weeks ago. Although we never play favourites and we love all of our clients, this shoot will always warm our hearts when we look back through all of the photos, and once you see them, we think you will agree! Bayley's friend Katherine hired us to capture an "anniversary" type shoot of her lovely parents, Brian and Flo, who have been married for 25 years. As they waltzed on the beach and walked hand in hand through the trees you couldn't help but feel the eternal love between these two. Brock and Cherisse - Maternity Shoot, With Love

A couple of Fridays ago we spent the afternoon at Pipers Lagoon with the beautiful Cherisse and her hubby to be, Brock. Now let me let you in on a little secret...this was Bayley and I's FIRST shoot together, and we couldn't have asked for better models! We had sun, we had rain, and Cherisse even laid in the sand for us! The whole time we were shooting you could just feel the love between these two, it was magical! Meet the Russell's!

Hello everyone!! Bayley and I are so excited to share our new adventure with you! While a lot of you may know one or the other of us, we thought we would introduce ourselves and tell you how "With Love Photography" came to be!! 

Now the funny thing is, Bayley and I have had some friends in common for quite a few years, but only met just over a year ago. Bayley was planning her wedding and she'd hired me to design her wedding invitations. Our first meeting lasted over an hour and only the first 20 minutes had anything to do with her wedding. We instantly hit it off and have been friends ever since. We share not only a love for photography, but for God, helping people (Bayley is a support worker for adults with head injuries and I am a paramedic), horseback riding and all things country. We both have mastered the art of talking a mile a minute and actually understanding what the other person is saying even when nobody else can!

We realized how in sync we were a few months ago when Bayley started describing this idea for a shot she wanted me to get of her while she was riding. She only needed to half explain it before I saw her vision, laid down in the middle of the ring and let her canter her horse straight at me! From then on we spoke often of the idea of merging our two companies together, and started tossing around potential names for our business. We never seemed to be able to find "the name", until last Friday! We set out on our first official shoot together and if you had been there you honestly would have thought that we had been shooting together for years! That night we both went home and were texting back and forth about how much fun we had had. We were sharing previews of our photos from the day when the topic of names for our company came up again, I suggested "With Love" and she nailed the tag line "We capture your moments, with love". We were sold right away and I set out to design our logo which I saw in my head the second we picked our name! Next thing we knew, the facebook page had been created, we had an email, a blog, and even a website! And now here we are, it has been 3 days since we launched and we already have 300+ likes on our Facebook page! We both cannot thank you all enough for all the love and support that has been pouring in and we cannot wait to start capturing everyones special moments...
